Q       “What if I Die Today” as a subject for a workshop – how depressing!  Is it all about death?

A.      Actually, it’s all about living – living with purpose, joy and vitality!  Participants consistently report that by learning how to live life as precious, they rediscover a childlike lightness and spontaneity.  All the stupid stuff that used to claim attention diminishes, and that which you treasure most comes to the forefront.

Q.      How much time a day is required to apply the tools from the ”What if I Die Today” system?

A.       10 minutes a day is all you need.  These deceptively simple tools have been carefully crafted to be “real life tools that are real easy.”  Despite their simplicity, since they are being applied with awareness and intent – they are powerfully effective.

Q.      I have never even meditated.  I am not very “spiritual”  Will I be uncomfortable with teachings that are beyond me?

A.      If you are still breathing, this work will benefit you.  Simply taking stock of how important your life is – by honestly acknowledging that your time on earth may be limited – you soften and sweeten.  When you start asking, “What If I Die Today?” on a regular basis, you prevent a lot of the annoyances that used to be common.  Start pondering that maybe you or your spouse or child’s time may be limited, and suddenly toothpaste caps off, or toilet seats up, begin to matter very little.

Q.      Will this really help me lighten my burdens and ease my sadness?

A.       Yes.  You might benefit from reading about experiences that past students have had in the “People Are Talking” section.  Most of all, the work provides perspective.  It’s hard to see the picture when you are in the frame, but when you step back – a whole new perspective is provided.  With clarity, you begin to see what is important to you from the soul level and what aspects are merely distractions.

Q.      Will there be upcoming workshops in my area?

A.      Yes,more than likely.  Courses are being planned for the East and West Coasts, as well as Arizona.
