What If I Die Today?

Finally - a simple and effective system for living from soul purpose and joy!

Author Kitty McKay weaves a beautifully written tale of the means she used to transform loss into a vibrant new life.  By age 41, McKay had already experienced her mother's Alzheimer's, the loss of her second baby at birth and then the death of her 47-year-old husband to an unforeseen heart attack.  Many worried the final blow would break her heart beyond mending.  Remarkably, the opposite occurred.  Through a blend of profound faith and life skills learned from years of study with Christian brothers, Buddhist masters, a Hawaiian kahuna, an East Indian master and a Chinese grandmaster of natural healing, she was able to courageously embrace change.  In response to all those who ask how she did it, What If I Die Today? was written to share her recipe for "real life tools that are real easy."  Although best recognized for her business accomplishments - working in the global fashion industry, speaking fluent Japanese and co-creating the Wild Alaskan restaurant chain, her greatest victory has been of the heart.  She lives with fullness and intent - mothering her two children, loving her new husband and facilitating greater meaning and vitality in people's lives.
